Robert Sarkis Kashmanian, 67, of Bedminster passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022 at his home.

He was born in Providence, RI on December 6, 1954, a son of the late Sarkis and Isabella Vartanian Kashmanian.  He had lived in Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA before moving to Bedminster 35 years ago.

Robert was a 1985 graduate of George Washington University in Washington, DC receiving his law degree.

Mr. Kashmanian was a tax attorney and senior director at Minerals Technologies, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA for the past 10 years and 9 months.  He had previously worked as a tax attorney for several organizations including; Price Waterhouse, Merck, Textron, Martin Marietta and General Cigar.

Robert was a longtime ice hockey and roller hockey coach having coached the Barracudas of Bridgewater and the Grizzlies of Wallington.  He was a lover of all genres of music especially rock and music from the Big Band era.

Mr. Kashmanian is survived by his wife of 36 years, Lucinda Lynch Kashmanian; 2 sons, Alexander Sarkis Kashmanian and Nicholas Andrew Kashmanian both of Milton, DE; 2 brothers, John Kashmanian of Providence, RI and Richard Kashmanian of Arlington, VA; a sister-in-law, Paula Loder of Newark, DE; a brother-in-law, Michael Lynch of Dover, DE; and 9 nieces and nephews, Lauren, John, Anna, Julie, Eric, Ben, Valerie, Michelle and Jennifer.

Relatives and friends may visit at the Layton Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Bedminster on Wednesday, April 13 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
