Paula K. Mastro, 66, of Bedminster passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset in Somerville.

She was born in Freeport, Long Island, NY on October 17, 1959, a daughter of the late Walter and Jean Gordon Lee Kasman.  She grew up and lived in Bridgewater before moving to Bedminster 19 years ago.

Paula was a saleswoman for several years including at G & B Janitorial Supply in Bridgewater.  As an avid gardener, Paula worked with her daughter in AM2PM Gardening Service of Bedminster.  She enjoyed art and drawing.

In addition to her parents, Paula is predeceased by a brother, Lee C. Kasman, who died February 18, 2015; and by a sister, Frances E. Kasman, who died December 27, 2020.

Paula is survived by her daughter, Ashley N. O’Connor and her wife, Shanley O’Connor of Bedminster; 2 granddaughters, Skylar Jean Mastro-Lovelidge and Amani O’Connor; a brother, Alan Kasman of Warren; a sister-in-law, Susan L. Kasman of Bridgewater; 9 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Paula’s life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are by Layton Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Bedminster.
