"George Layton was very kind and professional. Some of these reviews are critical to the historic nature of the facility. I'm sorry they didn't appreciate what i found comforting. Antique light fixtures, original wood flooring all very clean and lovingly maintained and ready very literally at a moments notice. Sadly, Layton is one of four funeral homes i have worked with this year. Mr Layton's professionalism, kindness, historic setting and a brief visit from his four legged business partner were very comforting in our time of grief. My favorite funeral home this year."
