Wolf was the best manager I ever worked for in the fifty (50) years I worked in software development I worked for Wolf in the last decade of those fifty years. To say that working for Wolf was a great satisfaction is to wildly understate how good working for Wolf made me feel. At the risk, although a low risk of overstatement, I looked forward to each day I could work with Wolf. The days when I worked with some other manager always lacked a certain something that a project with Wolf had A more generous, kind and thoughtful man I will never meet I must thank his wife Carla for all the after work hours that she allowed Wolf to have with me. I recall more than few occasions when Wolf and I were conversing in his office after the work day had ended and the phone would ring, Wolf would answer, and after listening for a few seconds, he would say, "I am talking with Garrett." I never knew precisely who called but it must have been you, Carla. Thank you for all the time you let enjoy by talking to Wolf. My times with Wolf are among the most pleasant memories I have ever had. Also Wolf's stories about Safeguard are among the stories that my two children enjoy the most. Fond memories of Wolf will continue through the stories I told my sons, and enjoyment it gives them to tell others those stories, and I know they have I will miss you Wolf and I thank you for all the kindness and generosity you gave me
