Madelyn Virginia Gabriele

Madelyn Virginia Gabriele, 93, of Tewksbury Township passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022 at her home.

She was born in Newark on December 8, 1928, a daughter of the late Thomas and Muriel Smith Sainato.  She had resided in Florida before moving to Tewksbury Township to be nearer family in 2003.

Mrs. Gabriele was a wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.

She always had encouraging words for her son and family.

Mrs. Gabriele is predeceased by her husband, Joseph Francis Gabriele, who passed away on October 28, 1996.

She is survived by her son, John Gabriele of Tewksbury Township; 2 daughters, Suzanne G. Steele of Panama City, FL and Jody-Lynn Disanza of Tewksbury Township; 8 grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held at Fairmount Cemetery, Tewksbury Township on Friday, January 21, 2022.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Gideons International Processing Center, P.O. Box 97251, Washington, DC  20090-7251.  Arrangements are by Layton Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Bedminster.
