Frank W. Parker

Frank W. Parker, 86, of Belvidere passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown.

He was born in Montclair on November 8, 1938, a son of the late Herbert B. and Marie Moger Parker.  He grew up in Roseland and Morristown and had resided in Long Valley for 31 years and Mountain Home, PA for 13 years before moving to Brookfield Adult Community in Belvidere in 2015.

Frank was a 1957 graduate of Morristown High School

He was a US Army veteran and Reservist from 1958 to 1964.

Frank was a sales distributor of automotive supplies having owned and operated Frank W. Parker and Company in Flanders, starting his business in 1966, and worked for 35 years before retiring in 2001.

He was a faithful member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Hackettstown.  Frank was an avid Nascar racing fan having followed his favorite drivers, Harry Gant and Jeff Gordon.

Mr. Parker is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Antoinette Perrone Parker; a daughter, Brid M. Parker and her husband, Tom Gould, of Belvidere; 2 sons, Kevin Parker of Irvine, CA and Scott L. VanArsdale and his wife, Diane, of Mendham; a sister, Marcia Edwards of Pahrump, NV; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church, 213 Main Street, Hackettstown on Saturday, September 20 at 10:00am.  Interment will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge.  Relatives and friends may visit at Layton Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Bedminster on Friday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.  Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 213 Main Street, Hackettstown, NJ  07840.
