Beverly E. Hall, 86, of Basking Ridge passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at her home.

She was born on April 29, 1938 in Bound Brook, the only child of the late Chester and Eva McCollum Hall.  She had lived in Far Hills for most of her life  moving to Basking Ridge 25 years ago.

Beverly was a 1975 graduate of the Morristown School of Practical Nursing becoming a registered nurse.

She was a registered nurse employed by Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown for 20 years retiring in 1995.

She enjoyed volunteering at Lyons Veterans Administration Medical Center in Basking Ridge for several years.  She was a member and sang in the choir at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Basking Ridge.

Beverly is predeceased by two cousins; Timothy McCollum who died in 2000 and  Donald John McCollum who died in 2002.

Miss Hall is survived by her cousins; George Daniel McCollum of Bridgewater and his sons, Paul and Todd McCollum and Cindy L. McCollum of Sarasota, FL and her children, Morgan, Cole and Clay McCollum.

A memorial service will be held at Layton Funeral Home, 475 Main Street, Bedminster on Saturday, September 7 at 1:00pm.  Private interment will be held at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge at a later date.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Atlantic Visiting Nurse, 465 South Street, Suite 100, Morristown, NJ  07960.
